Tim and the team have always provided exceptional service to me as a support coordinator and to the participants that I support. Every time I visit the Ability Seer office, I am warmly welcomed by the lovely staff who are obviously committed to those who use their services . I have enjoyed working collaboratively with the team at Ability Seer and am so appreciative of the wealth of knowledge they are so willing to share with others in the sector and NDIS participants. Well done AbilitySeer!

Review TextI’ve been a recipient on the NDIS with Ability Seer for over a year and I can say that it’s been a pleasure meeting and having amazing supports to help me through my days. The team at AbilitySeer are always professional when it comes to my needs and what I’m looking for throughout my experience with them.

Real Stories that Have Led an Impactful Change

When I first connected with AbilitySeer, I was honestly lost. I didn’t really understand how the NDIS worked or what kind of support I could access. Living with a psychosocial disability made everyday life feel really isolating. But everything changed once I started working with the team at AbilitySeer. They took the time to explain things clearly and helped me access supports that actually suited my needs. With their help, I joined a few community groups, got into gardening again—something I’d forgotten how much I loved—and even started volunteering. Now, I feel more confident and connected than I’ve been in years. I’ve made new friends, built a routine I’m proud of, and I finally feel like I have a purpose again. AbilitySeer didn’t just support me—they helped me believe in myself.

Before I joined AbilitySeer, I felt overwhelmed most of the time. I have autism and deal with a lot of sensory challenges, so things like keeping a routine or doing simple tasks on my own felt really difficult. I also struggled to feel understood by past support workers. Then AbilitySeer stepped in, and everything changed. They really listened. They didn’t push me or rush me—they let me take things at my own pace. Slowly, I started doing more for myself. I began going grocery shopping, catching the bus, even cooking a few meals on my own. These might sound like small things, but to me, they were huge milestones. I now look forward to my weekly activities and I’m planning to enrol in a creative arts class soon. For the first time in a long time, I feel in control of my life—and I’ve got AbilitySeer to thank for that.
