Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to advocating for the rights of our clients and helping them navigate the complex administrative appeals process.
Administrative appeals are a form of the review process that allows individuals to challenge decisions made by the NDIA that may negatively affect their access to NDIS-funded supports and services. These decisions may include eligibility for NDIS funding, the amount of funding provided, or access to specific support or services.
